Smiles of a 2 Month Old

 Yes, we are parents to a very happy two month old boy. Brig turned two months on the 22nd. Tomorrow is his check up. We are excited to see how much he has grown! I am guessing he is about 12 pounds and 25 inches long. We shall see...
The other exciting thing is that he has slept for a 6 hour stretch every night for a whole week now! He is asleep by 10:30 pm and then he will wake up at around 4 or 5. Then he will eat and go back to sleep for a couple more hours. It has been super nice. I no longer feel like a zombie. :)

Weekend with the Duke

Two very handsome boys!

 Happy 30th Uncle Duke! We had a fun weekend in Fairfield. The boys went to the Griz game and mom, Brig, and I went to Shaya's wedding.

Brig and Kimber. They were pretty cute together. Kimber is 3 months and Brig is almost 2 months. Brig would start crying and then Kimber would start, and round and round it went.

7 weeks old!

 Its hard to believe its been seven weeks since this angel entered into our family. The time has flown by and yet it feels like he's been with us a lot longer. We have never been happier or more tired :). Brig is now a lot more interactive and will smile and coo when we play with him. He is a very smiley baby but his smiles are hard to catch on camera. We love to watch his eyes get super big as he discovers something new. He loves to look at lights and to study himself in the mirror. He is definitely a "mama's boy" but he is all smiles when Daddy comes home from work. He eats four ounces of milk every 3-4 hours and is sleeping a lot better at night. He is asleep by 9:30 and will sleep until about 2:30. And then up again at about 6 am. His hair has thinned a tiny bit in the front and sides but there is still plenty. We are pretty sure his eyes will be hazel colored. Oh how we LOVE this boy!

He was so tired when i put him down for some tummy time...he just fell asleep.
